  1. I was just discussing this with a friend the other day. I said "bless her heart" in regards to the president of our swim team and her busy schedule but had to clarify that I didn't mean it in the "@#$! her" way πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  2. Autocorrect strikes again πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ
  3. I use Clue. My dd uses pen and paper. Edited: My dd not my dad πŸ˜„
  4. That's the policy at my kids' camps. It is also so the nurse knows what meds each person is taking in case there is an emergency. My daughter with several medications turns hers in. My son taking Claritin keeps his on him.
  5. I had a d&c for a bit of retained placenta after my last baby. I did not notice anything out of the ordinary afterwards. It seemed like regular postpartum.
  6. I just listened to My Lady Jane on hoopla. Super funny!
  7. I finished Brandon Sanderson's Secret Project #1 (not mentioning the title in case anyone is waiting for their physical copy to arrive). It was very playful and humorous. I started The Earl's Hideaway, No Ladies Allowed by Esther Hatch but I wasn't feeling it so I moved on to my next read. I am about 15 chapters in to A Season at Sanditon by Rose Servitova and really enjoying it. Servitova does a nice job of imitating Austen's writing style, including her way of depicting very human, relatable characters. I didn't get any books for Christmas this year, but I did give some! A Wheel of Time book for my brother's hardcover collection Heroes: The Greek Myths Reimagined (Stephen Fry's Greek Myths #2) Mythos is the first one in this series. I listened to a big chunk of it last year when I had an Audible Plus subscription and really enjoyed it. My sister asked for this one. The final book in the Murderbot Diaries series for my Dad. Now I have to come up with something else to gift him!
  8. Freebie through Jan 7: Silver Dollar Duke by Sally Britton Sweet and clean American Victorian romance
  9. I would seek treatment with that TSH number. It's helpful if you can find someone who will do a complete thyroid panel. TSH, FT3 FT4 RT3 and both antibodies
  10. And I think you should be able to see all the content by a certain author if you click on their name somewhere.
  11. I've dabbled a bit. Yes, stories that I purchased with tokens I can still access. Probably the best way to search is using their tags. There is a lot of steamy content to wade through!
  12. I'll try and play along this year! Currently reading Secret Project #1 from Brandon Sanderson's kickstarter. Next I plan to read The Earl's Hideaway: No Ladies Allowed by Esther Hatch, an author I enjoy. Then A Season at Sanditon by Rose Servitova. I won a copy from an author newsletter (different Austen-inspired author). I grew up reading the Wheel of Time series as it came out. One of my favorites! I've heard of a few people reading it for the first time now and I'm glad that the show is bringing in new readers.
  13. If you end up using synthroid, this is the cheapest way I've found to get it: https://www.synthroiddeliversprogram.com/
  14. I would definitely want to treat at that number. I feel much better adding liothyronine (T3) to my levothyroxine (T4) meds. T4 is storage, and T3 is the active form.
  15. Great thread! Mine was Fearless Love by Kat Bellemore, shelved by 17 other people. It is part of the Sweet and Swoony Romance group giveaway. You can find them on Facebook and get links to download almost 100 free romance stories. Most seem to be novella length. It's a mixed bag, with some authors that I know and love and some that I haven't bothered to shelve. This one was decent enough to admit that I read it 😁
  16. I've gone by STTM info. Morning should be at the very top of the range, and then gradually go down to the bottom of the range at the end of the day. https://stopthethyroidmadness.com/lab-values/ I didn't like Armour either. I'm getting close to optimal with the synthetics, but it takes a while. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ ETA: I just remembered this website which should calculate optimal numbers for you. Hopefully it still works! https://adrenalfatigueandthyroidcare.com/2018/04/25/optimal-saliva-test-results-calculator/
  17. That doesn't sound good! I've always done the zrt labs test, but it uses ng/dl.
  18. Probably the easiest solution is to delete the book from your shelf. That clears reviews, ratings, etc.
  19. I discovered today that cvs allows you to book groups up to 4 people in one appt slot. Everyone is scheduled now! ETA: You can schedule flu + covid booster together.
  20. Yay! I'm glad you found some good options. Want to post the link for the Amazon bras? Or pm me πŸ™‚
  21. I ordered one of their wire free bras and it fit well, but I returned it because I didn't like the seam on the cup. I wasn't super impressed with the quality either. I generally wear bralettes; no wires if I don't have to!
  22. I can make invisible objects reappear. Unfortunately, I have to be standing right next to them. Kid/DH: where's the thing? Me: it's on the end cupboard on the bottom shelf. Kid/DH: I just looked there but I don't see it. Me: <walks over to open cupboard and surprise, it's there!> Ta da! πŸ™ƒπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ
