    Sad

I'm so sorry for your loss. :grouphug:
  3. Try the Almay in the blue tube. The purple one gave me the same burning, tired eye feeling.
  4. I could compete in this event, too!
  5. Reading while ignoring everything else!
  6. We also had tacos. I didn't even realize it was Tuesday!
  7. We are paying $185 for an hour 1-on-1 visit every other week. They recommended weekly at first but said we could do every other week if we were diligent about homework. Homework is 20-30 minutes 3x a week. They will retest for progress every couple months, estimated 10 months overall. I haven't heard anything about the light box stuff.
  8. Walnut (placed in the toe of the stocking), tangerine, banana, cracker jacks, lifesavers, toothbrush, chapstick, some kind of chocolate
  9. I like Calm, but only some content is free. It has some kid stuff but I don't think it is free. Free downloadable meditations for kids: https://www.shambhala.com/sittingstilllikeafrog/
  10. I'm thinking of adding this to my list. It is a poster with all the dresses Elizabeth Bennett wears in the 1995 P&P. https://www.etsy.com/listing/556583652/pride-and-prejudice-minimalist-poster?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=elizabeth bennet&ref=sr_gallery_1
  11. :grouphug: Our family has been dealing with mental health issues. It sucks. Things that have helped: trying not to schedule activities in the evening. Even though I do way too much driving around during the day, at least we can be home for dinner regularly. Curbside pickup for groceries Taking a walk most mornings has helped my mood. Doing more strenuous exercise has been too much for me lately. Meditating daily. I've also been pondering hiring a maid to come in occasionally.
  12. How about doing one of those chicken wire frames? Then you just clip things on.
  13. Thanks, I appreciate the validation! :hurray:
  14. You would probably like this one then! It was covering the bottom part of my thumb/palm. I liked the style otherwise; I actually have a similar one in blue.
  15. Yes, it goes great with the new pants! I have a pair of flats I can wear with it but I want to find a cute pair of booties.
  16. I got my second fix on Saturday and have taken until today to decide. Liverpool Cameryn skinny pant in olive ($88)- This was petite, ankle length, and it actually fit! I end up hemming a lot of pants so this was a nice surprise. This fit nicely and I need pants that are not jeans, so this is a keep. 41 Hawthorn Abrianna Longsleeve Knit Cardigan in burnt orange.($38) - This was a pretty, drapey cardigan, but the sleeves were too long. Return 41 Hawthorn Montgomery Cross Front Knit Top in navy ($48)- I put in my notes not to send me sleeveless tops, so I'm not sure why this was sent. I didn't care for the fit or pattern. Return. Justin Taylor Garland floral print infinity scarf in orange ($28)- This was okay, but I just don't like wearing scarves. Return. Kut From the Kloth Sinclaire Button front blouse in navy ($68) - I loved the colors and pattern of this one, but I had a really hard time with the price. I eventually decided that this is to treat myself so I went ahead and got it. Keep So I ended up keeping the most expensive items. Hopefully, that doesn't create problems in the future!
  17. I would definitely ask for an epi pen right away and then make an appointment with an allergist. We suspected milk/wheat with DD but were not sure so he did a panel with the most common allergens. It turned out to be corn. Edited for typos because I'm on my phone
  18. I usually do 1800contacts.com
  19. I am not a weight-training lady, but I have been working on my tummy lately. I had a slight abdominal separation which is getting better. I've been doing the exercises found here: https://tone-and-tighten.com/2014/03/how-to-treat-diastasis-recti-advice-and-exercises-to-help-you-feel-better-now.html I'm not a professional, nor do I play one on TV, but it sounds like working on the diastasis recti might help with core/back strength.
