If you use pepper spray, get the bear kind. The can is big but you can actually get something with it. Then go practice. Because if you spray yourself you are going to be worthless. My husband is allergic to it. They had to spray each other in the CG as part of training. Most of the guys were fine after a bit. But, he swelled up and it was horrible. He said he would never carry unless his job required it. He would pull his gun before the paper spray. Just having it spray over him in the wind was bad. I saw a really cool holster for a woman on the lifeinashoe blog. It looked like it would be great for jogging. She wore it because they lived in the country. I grew up with guns and don't own any. I am about to move and be alone during the week and I have certaintly considered it.

It can take a good 6 months to really see a difference. Has to do with everything recirculating through the body and bloodstream.

My third son has always made the most amazing sounds and he usually has theme music. He is like a walking movie. He was also a late talker and reader. My fourth is my only girl and she talks non-stop while she plays.

Have you tried removing dairy from her diet? I would do gluten after that. I know removing tonsils seems commonplace. But, when they swell up they are telling you something. I am sorry you are going through this.

I just hate how blogs I like turn into big advertisements. I have enjoyed some blogs because of that inspiration and peek into someone's life. I blog to just keep track of life. We are moving away from family again so maybe they will enjoy it. I am hardly interesting r crafty enough. I think American woman really like to feel bad about themselves. Just a theory.

Oh my word. If I didn't pee just a sec ago, I would have peed my pants. I am going to get the one about naming all the toys dick and read it aloud. My older three will get a kick out of it. I personally don't substitute words. It is an excellent opportunity to bring up a sometimes awkward subject.

I sent the deposit today. We move in on the 7th of June. I won't believe it till I cross the Montana border. I am a ball of emotions.

I haven't looked at AAS in person. But, any curriculum that is inexpensive, has gobs of steps and a giant manual always gets my thumbs down :p We use Sequential Spelling on the DVD-ROM currently. We really like it. It is improving spelling. It is completely child led. I don't do anything but check out his spelling notebook from time to time. He does all his work in a cheap spiral notebook do we don't loose any paper.

We actually kept tadpoles for over a year from our pond. We had a large aquarium and my husband put in muck from the pond. It was gross at first, but then so cool. They ate all that stuff and then weird things hatched and they ate that. We would catch and release when they started crawling out.

Yes and Bountiful Baskets!

So it went well. The two women who own it, just bought it from a woman who ran a home for adult for the last 20 years. She is retiring and moving. He told them that he would trade work that needs to be done for a decrease in rent/deposit. Tomorrow he is going to put together a little proposal for them. I like the sound of it. Three floors, newer electric, brand new boiler, 5 bedrooms, 12 ft tall ceilings and utilities included. I hope it is meant to be. I am so ready to move ladies (and the few gents too). I am ready to have my family back together. I long to share a cup of coffee with my husband. The joy of being able to say the boy did this today and I need you to have a man to man talk with him.

I haven't heard from him. Talk about nailbiting.

We make fancy grilled cheese. I use a griddle so I can make a bunch at once. I make a little bar out of leftovers, jalepenoes, tomato slices, avocado, olives, pizza sauce, whatever we have around. Serve with soup, fries, potato salad, fruit salad. Great way to get extra veggies in. We like Mexican. I throw leftovers in a pot and make taco soup. Bake a bunch of potatoes and use leftovers from tacos or burritos to make a potato bars. My kids love the bar theme. I let them make their own that way. Less work for me. Plus, you can make a salad and put that stuff on, as well.

Some of you know that my dh moved away more than a year ago. He has a good job in ND. Today he is looking at a rental in Montana. Could you please pray for us? We have to move this month. There are other issues and this entire situation is so very stressful. My kids emotions are running high. Heck everyone's emotions are running crazy.

I have almost everything packed. We will have a max of 100 boxes. I only have 1 bookshelf because I pack up the rest of my books. Otherwise my two little ones tear stuff up. I will probably end up with the bigger truck. I just was trying to save some money. This move is hurried and money is so tight since we have been supporting two households.

We have 7 people and I am trying to pick from the 20 foot truck which says a 3 bedroom house or the 26ft which says a 4 bedroom house. We have 3 bedrooms. We are not moving appliances. We have 6 twin mattresses, 2 twin box springs. One king mattress and 2 twin box springs for that mattress. Our bunk beds are totally apart. 2 small dressers. Our largest furniture is our sectional which comes apart into 2 parts. I don't think we are taking our dining table because it isn't big enough for us. 1 bookshelf that I can break down flat. Maybe a TV center with a small TV. Maybe one desk that the legs come off of. 4 bikes

We were able to convince our school to get Teaching Textbooks. You might see if they have a process for new materials. They might have a trial process while a board looks over it.
