  1. Would those of you with experience say that MUS is weak in helping children memorize math facts?
  2. I'm so sorry. And it does not sound funny at all. Go easy. Praying for you and your family. :grouphug:
  3. I also love mine. I make smoothies every day. I grind wheat and grains (You have to have a different container for this.) You can make soup and something like ice cream. It is the greatest kitchen investment ever!
  4. :grouphug: So glad you were wrong. They are beautiful.
  5. I'm sorry you are sad and disappointed. :grouphug:
  6. I'm really sorry. :group hug:for your daughter.

  8. I know how violated you feel when this happens. I'm so sorry. It is really scary too. It does get better with time. :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:
  9. Very very weird and kind of creepy! I would feel the same way you do.
  10. http://www.reallanguagerightaway.com/ This is a good program that you might consider. It is based on short conversations which are illustrated. The children learn these small pieces of conversation and they have several options for responses. There is a CD with all of the words pronounced and workbooks. It is an immersion type program and they seem to get good results. http://reallanguagerightaway.blogspot.com/2012/05/homeschooling-with-real-language-right.html This is a link to a blog article about using it in a homeschool setting.
  11. What a sad thing. I loved The Andy Griffith show and Matlock!
