http://www.walmart.com/ip/Redmon-for-kids-fun-and-fitness-Treadmill/20847327 I am looking around to get base prices of treadmills and looking at exercise bikes to see if I want to keep/sale/trade my bike for a treadmill-we are caretakers of dh's dad and it's just sooo hard for me to leave the house even for a short walk lately so I thought I would put either a treadmill or a treadmill and my exercise bike on the porch and get some exercise that way :hurray: .....but I could NOT believe it when I saw that treadmill for kids :glare: ....on one had I think getting any kid to exercise is good but when I saw it included a calorie burned counter that just bothered me....I can understand if mom has one and kid wants to be like mom and walk on a safe treadmill I get that.....but then on the other hand this just bugs me--pushing calories burned onto kids....exercise is one thing and for kids exercise should be playing and fun and doing kid things.......GRRRRR....OK end of my rant for today...... :glare: **ok just saw more on amazon--they have an exercise bike,weight bench,and "air walker" thing.......

oh no you didn't.....she said she would have the stuff sent out for evaluation so I knew what that meant...but she just didn't come out and say in so many words....we started talking about my homeopathy book after she saw it and we kind of got distracted LOL I'm taking an online certificate homeopathy course and she saw my book and got to asking what I was going to do if I was going to be a consultant and I should move to Colorado LOL......I love my doc...treats all the girls in my family and we chat like girlfriends.....

Thanks,Seasider....what you described is basicly what my dr said---that on the ultrasound she could see that I had lining that had built up and it was blocking the flow area....... :) I think the ablation was the best thing I ever did in the area of female health....I went from using a double pack of overnight pads each month to now using a few liners.I would have to pull my medical records to see when exactly I had my procedure done-but I think it was like 7-8 yrs ago... :)

Thanks....she didn't really give a reason as to why she thought I missed periods---so I think she's waiting for the blood tests I think one of them was to check hormone levels??? maybe......I will definitely make a note of them when I get the results back and update here..,,,Yes Seasider got the explaination right.....That's basicly what my dr told me but she didn't mention anything about looking for cancer (but hey it would be good to know I guess)......She knows I had horrible periods when I wasn't on any type of hormone birth control--and even when I was they were still HEAVY....I don't really care if I don't ever have any more periods (since we can't have anymore kids-due to my health issues during/after pregnancy) so I'm not sure if she's trying to get rid of the lining to get my periods to come back.....but yes what Seasider described was basicly what my dr said-the lining can sort of "block" the area....I will update more after procedure-it's scheduled for 2nd week of March......

I'm diabetic and when my blood sugars are in normal/good range my hands hurt less....I have carpal tunnel issues and arthritis also.....I count carbs and try to stay away from processed stuff......

if we added any room we would have to knock off the back porch area soooo I would have a large portion for a library/school room and another part walled off for a better craft room than what I have now....and have them put a nicer screened in back porch area with fans and lights......

Went to dr today for ultrasound.....I have a cyst on right ovary but she's not too concerned about it....going to watch and see what happens.....did a blood test to check something (forgot what) will get results in a day or so.....She wants me to come back and do something similar to a uterine biopsy (TMI)--I had an ablation about 7-8yrs ago and periods have been lighter but she could tell some lining had built up and the procedure will lessen that.....so I have to schedule that tomorrow...Everything else looked good.....I took my homeopathy book with me to look through while waiting and she commented on it that it was a great book and was surprised that I was studying it.....

Been warm here this week. Tomorrow will be close to 80* with stormy weather and possible severe weather with possible tornadoes. Will take snow any day over that...

I wish I could remember name of two books I read over and over again in probably 2nd grade.... one was bout the discovery of king tut's tomb and I remember pics of all the golden things.... the other was a book about a lion or tiger cub that had an adventure with pics of real baby cubs....

ok let's try this again-typed it out and hit post and it disappeared..... :huh: ok I'm 43yrs old and had a tubal and endo. ablation about 7+yrs ago....Periods were regular but shorter/lighter after the ablation-loved it!! I haven't had a "monthly visitor" since Dec. 2013.....I'm going to put a call into my doc tomorrow and see if they can get me in to do a blood test to check hormone levels-I think there's one that they can do to tell you if you are in menopause or pre-menopause??? I asked my sister when she stopped but she can't remember how old she was (she is in late 50s).....don't think I'm pregnant because I would think if I was it would be a tubal pregnancy and by now I think I would know right? I haven't felt sick or anything and dh and I haven't had any teA time since about oct-Nov 2013....(both of us have low testosterone).....I am hot natured and have night sweats regularly.....anyone have any experience that sounds like this??? I also have diabetes,high blood pressure,and thyroid issues (controlled by meds) and nothing has changed with that.....I've always heard stress can affect your monthlies but I don't know if I've ever had that happen to me....I'm a worrier-it's hard for me to relax...I'm always stressed LOL.....but the stresses haven't changed it's all the same level.....I've been tracking using period tracker...I still get the once a month bad headache that I usually get 1-2 days before I start....and I also get the twinges and cramps that I get that usually tell me I'm about to start too....other than that nothing.... **** called Dr today nurse talked to her and called me back to come in tomorrow for ultrasound..... need lots of good thoughts.....

for many many years (5+) tracfone worked for me....I had a very generic/basic cell phone that did texts and calls...no camera or other bells/whistles---I used the $10/month plan and if I needed to I would go into my account online and add another block of time to my phone....Not sure what the problem was,I never really checked into it,but one time the phone went down for no reason-it wasn't my phone it was on the tracfone "service" end....and it really annoyed me LOL so I got on dh's cell phone plan....have had "smart" phones since....I loved tracfone-when it worked,it worked well for me I was very happy with it.....They have GO PHONES at least on my carrier (att) and they are similar-not sure the cost but could be worth looking into.....

DH just met his real mom in 2011 so we haven't really known her that long LOL but she seems nice and laid back and all---plus she's a few states away from us and has her own things going on so she doesn't really try to get into our life too much.....so I don't have any issues with her...

not sure if it's because I had other things done too (tubal--cyst removal--IUD removal)---but I wasn't in any shape to be going out-I was in bed a day or so....What was supposed to be a half day outpatient procedure turned into a 23hour stay for me....would have been kept longer into the next day but screw up with them getting in touch with my insurance to "ok" the longer stay in time.....
