Cinder Posted July 13, 2017 Share Posted July 13, 2017 Have you cleared out any old photos you've posted? In your Profile, choose Edit My Profile, then Manage Attachments. If you have any old photos you can clear them from there. You're allowed only 500K and it fills up really really fast. As in, I have 4 photos in there now and they take up 463K. I spent a fair bit of time one day looking through the help files and parts of the forum, and came up with nothing. I had enough trouble with my avatar that I'll likely never change it. When I want to show photos to The Hive, I usually link to it on an outside source. I finally was able to get an avatar and like Lady Florida, I am keeping it since it was so hard to do.
