Night Elf
She's 17 and hard to buy for because there isn't much she wants or needs. She loves to color in adult type coloring books that generally have geometric designs. I decided to buy her a spiragraph kit. I had one when I was little and I loved that thing. DH had one too. I bet she's going to love making those designs. It's not a big deal but it's something she probably doesn't even know about.

MEmama
Fun! Barnes and Noble has lots of cool adult coloring books out right now, if she likes that kind of thing. I've been pleasantly surprised how relaxing it can be. :)
mmasc
I just saw that Hobby Lobby now has a fairly big selection of adult coloring books. Another cool thing there, especially for geometric/zen tangle type art is Art Trading Cards. They're really cheap ($2-3 for 20 maybe). They're small, thick-ish cards that are just the right size. I love them!

LivingHope
Speaking of adult coloring books, I just bought four for my...um...children. They have so many beautiful and intricate designs to color during read alouds, quiet time, and in between school lessons.
