*Inna*
Why is it so hard to find exercise pants that are not low-rise?! :banghead: They give me a muffin-top and bruise my fragile ego. Help, Hive, I beg you!
Mandylubug
Underarmor compression capris. Try on several sizes. They fit just below my naval and no muffin top or roll down money gets you like second skin compression pants. I'd not get any cheaper than 35 dollars...something about the cheaper ones...they just can't compete
wintermom
I always have trouble with the pantie line showing on yoga pants. Muffin tops can be covered with longer t-shirts, but it's harder to cover down lower. :tongue_smilie:
Mandylubug
Eliminate the undies and there will be no lines :p
Ripley
Target has some for something like $25-35. They have, I think, three styles? Various fits and rises. Each style comes in short, regular, tall. Perfect if you're like me and at Target every week any how! Not top of the line, but also not bottom of the barrel. I've had my favorite pair for going on 4 years. I wear them almost every day around the house. No holes and the only show of wear are the hems which drag because even the short length is too long for me. Oh, but they only come in the color black. If that matters to you LOL. crazyforlatin
Eliminate the undies and there will be no lines :p But some are so transparent despite being black. I swear I've seen butt cracks under the sunlight of some women. I would love to find high rise yoga pants.
Mandylubug
Eeek. Never had an issue with mine. Although, with compression pants, if they are see through, you are wearing too small a size and should buy a larger size.
Farrar
Target has some... if your Target is like mine, the athletic wear section is a mess and it's hard to tell from a glance which ones are really mid-rise, but I have found some there. fraidycat
Just got two pairs at Costco today. $12 each
*Inna*
Woohoo! Thank you, ladies! :hurray: I wish Costco had a fitting room. It's really a shot in the dark for me with clothes. And how could I forget TJMaxx?!
Mandylubug
No undies for workout??? I sweat so much I feel like I need the extra layer for absorbency or something. Plus to hold the mini pad in case god forbid I have to jump. I understand the minipad. Definitely. I have found though that cotton undies actually hold the moisture and sweat... my compression capris are moisture wicking... I am way more dry without the second layer. TMI. Sorry :p
aggieamy
Just got two pairs at Costco today. $12 each I second this suggestions. I have found that they are a great fit, thick (in case you are part of the underless club like Many and myself), and reasonably priced. Aelwydd
I'm sorry, but low rise are not, your yoga pants are doomed to hussydom. I say this as a friend, and also as an agent of Mr. M.
Arctic Bunny
I'm sorry, but low rise are not, your yoga pants are doomed to hussydom. I say this as a friend, and also as an agent of Mr. M.I admit it. I clicked on this thread, knowing full well I had nothing to offer, except the above. *hangs head in shame*

KungFuPanda
But some are so transparent despite being black. I swear I've seen butt cracks under the sunlight of some women. I would love to find high rise yoga pants. I think the transparency comes from being unable to commit to going up a size.
Mandylubug
I think the transparency comes from being unable to commit to going up a size. or buying the wrong type of pants. I've seen many a girl at the track running in cotton leggings. Those are NOT compression pants nor exercise wear...
crazyforlatin
I'm off to google compression pants. I'm always in jeans, but it would be nice to walk around with yoga pants or something similar. It's hard to get into the mind of exercising without appropriate clothing.
