Nieces and nephews on FB

Well, considering the public nature of facebook (even with privacy settings) I try to never post anything on facebook that could not go on the overhead in front of church on Sunday morning.

That said, I try not to add a lot of kids to my facebook.

FB users have to be at least 13. So, younger than that is violating fb policies. The teens I know on fb aren't spending their time on my page! I assume they have parent permission so it is up to the parent to monitor their usage. If you are worried and can limit what they see (as a pp said, IDK how to do that), then that might be good.

I have 21yo, 13yo, and 9yo brothers. They are all on Facebook. My dad monitors the younger boys' accounts and blocks people who let too much inappropriate content show up. I generally don't keep anything on my FB page that's beyond PG-rated. In other words, I have the 21yo blocked, but not the younger sibs.
