In fact the doc told me they will now see up to 22 yo's. I don't know if that is an office policy or a wider practice with all the changes in health care but it would be worth asking at least. swellmomma Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 Call the ped, and if he won't see your ds 1 more time if he will put in a referral elsewhere. Many dr are not taking new patients UNLESS a dr refers the patient there THEN they take them on. So if the ped will put in a referral it would help get you into one easier.
