Met w/the owner, and Wolf mentioned that he was starting work on Monday and would have to stay at a hotel or friend's, landlord told him he was to stay at the new place. So, that's worked out. Landlord is supplying paint, etc, Wolf's doing all the sanding and painting, and we'll be getting a break on the 1st mths rent.
