It seemed like this day would never come and we are almost there! We will be one of the first Tribal Customary Adoptions in California. I've mentioned it here and there in foster care threads. Couldn't really share too much since he was in foster care. Tribal customary adoption is a Native American Adoption where the child's ties to his tribe and family do not have to be severed.
