NanceXToo
Anyone know if this is something we can watch live (or via DVR at least :P) on TV tomorrow? If so, anyone know which network/what time, etc?

KidsHappen
Is it usually on just about every nightly news in the nation, just a quick clip but how much more do you need to see? ;)
AussieInWyoming
I found this site, and it states that you can watch it live. http://www.groundhog.org/

Parrothead
No Groundhog day this year:glare: I just posted here. But Phil isn't in Milwaukee. He is from Punxsutawney, PA. Is PA getting bad weather too?

Is PA getting bad weather too? Yeah, that's Milwaukee's groundhog, not PA's.
OregonNative
Who knew there was more than one Groundhog? Now how do they reconcile that if the groundhogs don't do the same thing?
gardening momma
Who knew there was more than one Groundhog? Now how do they reconcile that if they do different things? Because the weather is generally different in different parts of the country?
gaillardia
I think one of those morning news programs broadcasts about Punxsutawney Phil every year. And this past year we finally watched Groundhog Day, what a hoot! Okay, some parts were a little "off", but censor if you're sensitive. Those Pennsylvanians would never cancel Groundhog Day, foul weather or not!:001_smile:
Granny_Weatherwax
Willard Scott is in Peoria, IL and is (was??) going to use the groundhog at the Wildlife Prairie Park to determine the weather forecast. I wonder if that has been canceled, since we are also in the midst of the snowstorm.
JoyfulMama
Nance - PCN usually has it live, and many of the networks bounce to it as well. We will be watching online, at the above mentioned site, as we don't have tv reception.

Paige
My DH used to work in Punxsutawney and we lived very close to there, the pp was right- Punxsutawney will never cancel Groundhog Day for bad weather!!! They are nuts. I know it is carried live on tv in PA but it is really early in the morning. It will probably be on youtube sometime in the afternoon if you don't feel like getting up at dawn.
