    I only have my HS diploma. I did take some college classes when I was @ 30 or so, but dropped out to home school instead.

    My soon to be 1st grader is about half way through Reading Made Easy and can sound out basic words, but I wouldn 't call her reading yet.

    I forgot about this post! :D I did buy AAS, then sold it and rebought SWR. I have it all set up and ready to go and I think we will be OK time wise. I have already used SWR in the past and that alone will help me as I don't need to relearn it.

    I'd keep it light and spend no more than 20 min max on each subject. In 2nd we do math, memory work, LA which is phonics or reading, copywork or a handwriting book and then alternate between science and history doing a narration for each once a week.

    Which one is better and why? Our main concerns are making sure the children go to who we want and that our life insurance gets where and how we want it used without taking along time. Has anyone used LegalZoom to make one?

    For me, I would only use it before 4th-5th unless I had older kids using it.
