  1. Oh yes!!!! I remember. I was 13 and I had a few friends over that night to watch. Wow, graphics sure have changed since then. Sadly, so has the content. I haven't seen MTV in probably 20 years and don't care to either.
  2. I have a confession. When I was about 13, I had a little cough. I pretended to be really sick so that I could miss school. Of course, my mom took me to the doctors. Wasn't I surprised to find out that I had Pneumonia and was stuck in the house for days. =/
  3. Haven't even started thinking about Christmas yet!!!!
  4. The Well Planned Day Software planner? I keep going back and looking and looking and looking. I am sooo tempted to get the early $40 deal, but something keeps holding me back. Probably the $40!! =)
  5. So sorry!! I will pray for your family!:grouphug:
  6. My dd is 6 and she loves to help around the house. I will give her a spray bottle with water and she washes the windows that she can reach. I let her dust the coffee table and wash the dining room table. She also loves to sweep and mop the wood floors. I love it when they are this age. Now, I need to start a thread on what everyone's 15 yr old dd's do??? :D
  7. If my baby stays home and goes to college, I will be 60. =) My kids have told me that they want me to teach their children, so probably 80. =O
  8. I have also posted this in the High School forum. I am curious how others have used it. Did you schedule your child to do 1 lesson per day (lecture, practice problems and the 20 problems in the problem set? It seems like a lot, but we have just started and trying to figure it out. =)

  10. This is a hard one! I do believe that wires could have been crossed, but I do not think that the husband should have replied with, "you were not invited". He should have said, let me check with....(the wife) and get back with you. I do not think that I would go at this point, it would be awkward. I would however, try to go on with the relationship and forget about this whole situation after the party. :grouphug:
  11. That is illegal and dangerous. I would call someone.
  12. Have you tried this website? http://donnayoung.org/forms/index.htm She has got planners that you can type right into. Many to choose from too!! I love her website!!
  13. This wasn't a spot, all of the white was blood. I have seen blood spots, this was really gross!! I think it may be a while before I eat any eggs!!!
  14. ....... blood came out!!! In all of my years cooking, I have never had this happen. Can someone tell me why this would happen with a store bought egg????? My daughter is grossed out!! I do not think she will ever eat eggs again!
