Bruno Mars is pretty nice or maybe Maroon 5 . You can whip out the 80's but I think the 60's and 70's were more memorable. Oh isn't there a song some number and then Jenny eh not sure. :banghead: Alright I have seen quite a few people saying how why can't people proof read. That is fine and dandy but we do.not.see.the.mistakes! Everyone has something that they are awful at and like my mother has always told me "until you look in the mirror and see the picture of perfection DO NOT knock other people" it hurts and its uncalled for. If it bothers do not send the child to the co-op. I congratulate the mothers running those co-ops they work hard to teach their children and other children! The important thing is they are trying to be good mothers to their children and if all they are letting slip through the cracks is a few commas then life is pretty good. Just remember not everybody has somebody to ask for help. :rant:

Thank You I am sure that she did not mean to offend but that is my soft spot. I have since then doubled my spelling and grammar workload and tried a million ways to practice and it has improved. Even my teachers have commented on the improvement but its a sloooooow and painful process that does not come naturally and what should take me 30 min takes me an hour but at least I can feel proud of my work. Oh and on a side do not offend an over worked momma that's like shoving your hand in a meat grinder :ack2:

Hey I am going to go out on a limb hear and say just join. I am not a parent so maybe I am not as sensitive? I have issues with grammar also and its not as easy as it looks. I spent years not writing well because I could not spell words or use proper grammar. Its very embarrassing being called out on your mistakes. I will never forget when a WTM poster sent me a PM with grammar corrections because I was writing alot instead a lot and was wondering if I should choose certain classes. I am almost died and that message did not come at a very good time and lets just leave it at that. All I am trying to say is its very easy to label someone as dumb or unqualified to teach because of a grammar mistake but some of us for some reason just can not see our mistakes. For example I have re read this message like 5000 times and put it through spell check and I am sure I missed something because I always do. Just try not to judge a book by its cover and as far as helping with the grammar leave them alone unless you become buddies its going to hurt... a lot :crying:

I would if I had a room :lol:. I am a very easily distracted person who has trouble dealing with their own distractions let alone other noises and activities . When the house is empty and quite I usually finish about an average of 3 to 4 times faster only because there is nothing to distract me. For example when my family is around me and there is noise such as the TV, animals playing and my sister getting a lesson it might take me a few hours to wrap up one subject but when I am alone it gets done in about an hour or less. My solution has been to wait till every one falls asleep and work at night or to try and distract myself with some sort of music.

eh go for it unless you get stuck with a park watch guy with mall cop syndrome your good to go. Oh an just go purchase some stuff it usually helps but be prepared to move in the middle of the night because sometimes they do get a wee bit strict but you should be could to go. OH! I almost forgot to mention scope out the area before you call it a night. walmarts are some of the cheapest stores in the nation and can attract crowds that are down right scary.:leaving:

There is a time and a place for everything if she feels like picking up some losers at a Frat party that would be her go to shirt. Making everyone she works with uncomfortable , not cool. People read things wether its printed on their forehead or their boobs the letters will catch our attention.

I go there full time and its has its pros and cons. Honestly if the kid is not self motivated its going to hurt. I have learned through trial and error what works and what does not but sometimes I mess up which I was tonight I have to pull and all nighter to finish 6 essays. On the plus side it now takes me about 45 min to crank out 3000 words but the funnies aside its not easy. I am not a parent but I am a teen and having been over friends houses before I think it is important that you check with the parents. Espicially if you have never met the other parent. BTW my opinion might be bias because my parents were like CIA when it came to my friends. They did not care who I hung out with but it was on their terms.

Aww I am sorry but please dont be mad at him. I have done this myself the app makers do things to trick you and its really not fair besides he may have seen you down load things and tried to mimic you. My lil sister got all upset because she was playing with my phone and a "free update" came up she said yes and it charged me 2.99 she was more upset than I was that they had tricked her :lol:

This made me laugh fashion trends lately tend to favor those with a boyish shape. I have seen those things on people with no behind it looks cutesy and screams I am 17 but REALLY want to be noticed but then you see it on some one with a large behind and it heads towards hooker department...I should know because I tried on my cousins and lets just say it look more like a cover for my waist than my butt. Oh and wait till someone in those things bends over in front of you at a restaurant! Its like an appetite suppressant :ack2:

Look I am a firm believer homeschoolers are not "normal" they do in fact develop differently then their peers.This is simply because they are influenced heavily by adults in their life. A child that attends public school might have 1-2 hours of quality time with their parents but a homeschooler spends all day with their parents. This gives the child more time to be molded and taught things like manners or speech rather than booger flicking and sharpie smokes from their peers. These children tend to develop closer bonds with parents and siblings that other find unusual because they are not seen very often. So are homeschoolers weird? not really but I think they mature at different speeds than their sharpie happy friends. :lol:

You guys dream about the weirdest things :). Anyway my dreams are pretty boring basically they are just random life events. Like getting married taking kids to school and going out. The thing is I always know that I am dreaming and can mess with stuff in dreams like changing colors of clothing or making things appear.It really is fun but when I have nightmare just like my dreams they ate extremely vivid :(

I am with police on this one don't even mind her being in a cell. Just because she is a child does not mean she is dangerous. I remember in Pre K some kid in our class had a melt down grabbed wooden blocks and started pegging people. He hit one kid in the head and knocked a tooth out then climbed a book shelf yelled superman and jumped kid broke his nose and skull when he came back he had a lot of stitches. Same kid had another meltdown and broke his arm I think if someone had stepped in Nd diffused the situation I would have been much better. IMO that's all I remember from Pre-K. But I seriously don think giving her coke was a good idea but then again those cops were probably about to through a temper tantrum of their own at that pint!
