I would get checked out...just because knowing is important to me. But, I would find a doctor who respects your choice not to use the pill. It is your choice and her job should be educating you in all your options. Good luck.
Check out your library book sale and thrift stores. I have found loads of new National Geographic maps still inside the mags at places like that. Good luck.
I am sure there are books about "blue zones"...where there is the most concentrated number of people who are nearing 100 and are still living good lives. I think a great deal of it is overall happiness in life, good diet, and regular exercise. I would say a healthy dose of good genes wouldn't hurt either. :)
I agree with the previous posters about letting it happen naturally...however I do think you should pair that with comprehension questions, just to be sure. :)
I use a mix of baking soda, vinegar, and natural dishsoap. I use a scouring thing made of plastic instead of steel wool so not to scratch the tub. It works great on everything from the soap scum to mildew.
I really enjoy sending Christmas cards. I feel they are really important...most of the people we send them to live in different parts of the country...so it is a way to send them a little holiday cheer from across the country.
Have you thought about a sheer black patterned tight. Like a fishnet (small), pattern, or go really fun with a primary color tight. Anthropologie has really fun ones. I think you should have fun with clothes.
This is just bizarre! I can't imagine this...but here it is. Wow, like a previous poster said...when you can't fail, how can you succeed. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the current state of things.:001_huh:
We use the EdenPure. It is amazing, energy efficient, and cool to the touch for your little ones. I would recommend just checking out the website and seeing if it is right for you, but it has already almost paid for itself in the savings I am seeing in my gas bill (still so early in the heating season), it is barely increasing my electric bill (by a few dollars) and is keeping our old place cozy. http://www.edenpure.com
