I am just checking in after a busy week and missed the opportunity to pray for your FIL. Will now be praying for a quick and complete recovery.

I would not try the scissors. Dd had a pair of cuticle scissors taken away from her when we were flying to a gymnastics meet a few years ago.

For trips to the shower house we use ice cream buckets. Generally we all use the same bucket and the guys and girls take turns making trips to the shower house. When the kids were younger we would use a laundry basket...it was easy to carry and saved us from leaving a trail of clothing behind us. Don't take your best clothes camping. The kids will dig in the dirt and be filthy...it is part of the fun! Take s'mores sticks. And be prepared for the kids to play in the campfire with them.

Can you tell me what # you called and possibly who you talked to? We are looking at going to Disny World in June at the same time as our teens Youth Choir tour. It sure would be nice to save $$ while enjoying Disney with the 2 little girls.

I think you just need to call USAA and go over everything with them. We also belong to USAA and they have really been wonderful. They reversed the charges on an internet purchase for me that went bad. It can't hurt to talk to them... Good luck!

Oh NO! What a mess. I hope you are able to get it cleaned up quickly and continue the show & sell process. Will be praying for you as you deal with all the mess & repairs.

I had a Pepsi habit a few years ago. I got sick and as I was starting to feel better Dh brought me a Pepsi. It was such a sweet gesture. I opened the can and took a drink...UGH! It tasted so bad. I tried another can thinking it was just an "off taste" in that can...nope. I quit Pepsi that day. Now we occasionally have soda, but I am no longer addicted to it. I can't remember if I felt better with out it. Now we generally just drink water.

I leave them in the bottom of the laundry basket. There are some socks that the mate has NEVER turned up. I think my washer has a sock monster living in it. OK...we are getting ready to move. I am thinking about sending all my mismates to my cousin in AZ. It is a family joke on my mom...when we were little we stopped at Grandma's on our way to the airport to go to Germany. My mom packed all the mismates for us to match up while we were at Grandma's. BOXES of mismates! My cousins had to help us mate socks. T has never forgiven my mom and to this day HATES socks! They live in AZ so they don't have to wear socks often.

We will be putting it as a principal payment on our mortgage. We have the house up for sale and this will give us a little bit of room to negotiate with the sale price...WHEN we get an offer.

I'm sorry this happened, but thankful with you for all the good things. You have a wonderful attitude.

We are doing skipped schoolwork today! I am grading the weeks work and finding all the places the kids have skipped. So far Dd 11 y/o has not learned the value of her time and has a whole subject to complete because she "didn't see it on the schedule". Yeah right...I'm not buying that one!

I bought an inexpensive one a few years ago and no one likes it. I should have returned it to the store...walmart I think. The one we have doesn't have springs and it has very little bounce. We got a large tramp with springs and now I know the difference. Definitely get one with springs.
