mom31257 Posted July 29, 2015 Share Posted July 29, 2015 Good morning! It's my first day up making breakfast for dh because he has pre-planning the rest of this week. His whole world got turned upside down. He had to be moved from special ed back to social studies. He had really felt he got a handle on all the special ed paperwork and was looking forward to this year with his special ed students because they were great. Now he has to teach Economics and US History, which he hasn't taught in many years, and will have 130+ students a day. He had to move his classroom, too, and the teacher who left to take an administrative position didn't clean out hardly anything in the room. Dh and dd1 leave for Jr. Nationals today, so I will be making a drive to the airport. And I am meeting friends for happy hour later. Other than those things not told much to do. I think I'm glad it's Wednesday. Garbage day - got a lot of junk out to the treelawn (lots more to go but not today). The building inspectors are coming to check the work that's been done so far so they can finish up the addition hopefully soon. My Big Deadline is still 1 day away and I'm making progress. ;) Today's list: Work from 6am - 7am. [done] Take out a lot of garbage. [done] Kids up & off to horse camp. [done] (Nanny will pick them up at noon and drop them off for swim at 5pm.) Clean bathrooms and kitchen. [done] Work from 8:30-10:15. Chiro appointment. Work. Building inspector. Gather kids' library books which are due today. Pick up kids at swim, go to library. Dinner, read-aloud. Kids' work. Kids to bed. Dh loves middle eastern food. SKL, I am amazed at all that you do on so little sleep! I would be a zombie.
