Parrothead
I'm sitting here falling asleep at 6p. Hoping to make it to 10. I don't think that is going to happen. I was going to make scones for dh and dd to have tomorrow for breakfast. That isn't going to happen either. They can have Eggos. Dd is now running a bit of a fever. She has taken two naps today. This from the kid who denies that naps actually exist in this reality. I've found out from someone in the know that there is some crappy virus going around. Dh is in bed. He has been there for an hour or so. I don't expect to hear from him until tomorrow. When his doctor called after the surgery I caught the words - bursitis, bone spur and vicodin. I did put up a more detailed blog post for family if anyone is interested in reading it. But really there isn't much more info there. I'll check in tomorrow after doing it all again for my dear friend. I'm looking forward to more normal on Saturday. You guys don't play too hard without me. :grouphug:

No. I went upstairs, read for a bit then went to sleep. Today is looking up. I still have to leave in 20 minutes to get my friend to the oral surgeon. Dd says she feels a bit better and dh says he doesn't have any pain in his arm. Between the two of them I think they can handle frozen waffles for breakfast and frozen pizza for lunch. I'll be back about 3. The introvert in me says we are not leaving the house for the next 3 days. C'mon normal Saturday!
