RoughCollie
Today I spent time with a professional woman (Ph.D.) who was wearing a medium grey business suit, black pumps and ............. medium gray lipstick! She is in her early 60s. I didn't say anything, of course, but my eyes probably bugged right out of my head momentarily as I thought at first that it was Halloween makeup, then realized that didn't make sense. Is this a new fashion? Or is this lady either misguided or just plain weird? Or maybe I am just out of the fashion loop 100%? RC
Tammy
I can't imagine that being the fashion.....it sounds awful, LOL!
RoughCollie
She scared me for a minute -- she looked like the Grim Reaper in a business suit. I can't imagine that being the fashion.....it sounds awful, LOL!
Peek a Boo
I am so not a fashion-conscious gal. I wear whatever i want whether it's behind the times or not. I like Maybelline E215 Midnight Red. Looks great w/ my mask :D

Michelle T
orangey lipsticks are "it" for spring color. Not that I will be purchasing any orange lipsticks, I will stick to the pink shades that flatter my skin. Grey lipstick is just weird, and certainly couldn't be flattering on anyone living. By the way, I don't particularly follow fashion trends of any type, but I still have a Redbook subscription from years back, and I do like to at least LOOK at what's in style, so I know what I'm not following! :p
3littlekeets
Um, just double-checked at MAC, Laura Mercier and YSL to get a well-rounded picture of "in" and grey lipstick wasn't there:D. Thank goodness! And, even if it had been the "in thing" I certainly would have skipped that trend:eek:
Sparkle
Ewww! That sounds hideous. Maybe she had some weird form of colorblindness :p
BeachGirl
Perhaps she reached in her purse and accidentally grabbed her concealer instead of her lipstick and didn't notice? Otherwise, that sounds scary!

Tracey in TX
I'd say cut her some slack--she probably grabbed the eyeshadow tube to wear on her lips:p I say this b/c I've put makeup on in complete darkness and looked like The Cadaver! Hopefully it will wear off before she sees a mirror :)

RoughCollie
The lipstick was grey. And to add to it, I could swear I saw some remnants of *black* lipliner around her lips.
