IfIOnly
I am so tired of the same two recipes. The kids don't mind as much and love bbq rabbit and rabbit adobo, but I need some variety! We started raising them for meat (about the only thing we can raise now that we're city folk) about a year ago, so it's def. time to expand our horizons. Anyone? Truscifi
This is pretty good. Also, this is not bad, but I double the oil and seasonings. Otherwise it is a little more lemony than I prefer. Also I cover and bake instead of constantly turning and basting.

Um_2_4
I forgot the main ingredients, I'll ask DH tomorrow, but the key was to marinade in yogurt with the spices, t hen bake. Super tender.
KungFuPanda
Try modifying a chicken a chicken and dumpling recipe. Rachel Ray has a 30 min chicken and dumpling soup that would be nice with rabbit.

Momling
If you like historical cooking, we made jugged hare from a 500-ish yr old recipe and it was surprisingly delicious!

Um_2_4
Sort of tandoori-ish? Kind of but not spicy hot, just a mix called 7 spice which has cardamoon, cumin, allspice and a few other things added.

ThursdayNext
My family raised rabbits to eat when I was young. A favorite recipe was Pot Pie with Biscuit Topping, using leftover cooked meat. One night we had unexpected guests for dinner. They asked for the recipe. After a loooong minute, my mom wrote Chicken on the recipe card.
