raindrops
Does anyone have a wine recommendation they can give me? I want to give some as a gift tomorrow.
Jen in NY
This is the one and only wine I drink: (scroll down a little when you get to the page). http://www.drfrankwines.com/Riesling-Finger-Lakes Yum. Red wine gives me an instantaneous massive headache, so I've got nothing for you on that front.
raindrops
Thank you for Finger Lakes recommendation. I can get that wine locally, I believe.
MFG
Do you know what style of wine they like? Red, white, or either? Sweet or dry?
Liz CA
Ferrari Cerano has never made a wine we didn't like.
Alte Veste Academy
Cavit Pinot Grigio is my favorite.
Cindy in FL.
Sterling Vintner Cabernet
zoobie
Price point? Rosa Regale is a sparkling Italian wine that's got wide appeal. A bottle plus some dark chocolate makes a nice gift and would be $20ish.
Guest
This is my fave: http://www.ourdailyred.com/ and it doesn't have sulfites so people who can't tolerate other red wines might not have any problems with it. It's not super expensive but it's still a nice treat.
raindrops
Thanks everyone! I'm writing these down for future reference.
Kim in Appalachia
My husband loves Riesling. I haven't had a bad Riesling. Barefoot's is good, but I prefer Yellow Tail's, Twisted is also good. I also enjoy Yellow Tail's Shiraz (which is red). Twisted and Yellow Tail are my favorite inexpensive brands. poppy
Beaujolais nouveau. It's only around a short time and was just released yesterday. It is very drinkable and fruity. Inexpensive but a fun conversation piece.
Word Nerd
I'd be happy if I got Cupcake Moscato d'Asti as a gift.
