BarbecueMom
... my uniform t-shirt from the one season I played basketball. Twenty years ago. In 4th grade. I found it in a box yesterday while cleaning and reorganizing stuff. It's comfortable! Why don't they make t-shirts this soft and, um, long-lasting anymore? Live2Ride
The fact that you can wear a shirt from fourth grade makes me grin :) I am still very small, but I can assure you that I probably could not wear a shirt from when I was in fourth grade...I was tiny then lol
Janie Grace
Wow, that's amazing! I still wear a T-shirt from middle school, but that has me beat! My oldie-but-goodie is an Eastland T that I got free with a purchase of those awesome leather shoes. :)
BigMamaBird
Wow! 4th grade!?! You've got me beat! Yesterday I was wearing an old flannel shirt I had in High School. I sure did love the Grunge period! Excessively comfortable. I wonder if that's ever going to come back in style?
Jan in SC
The fact that you were only in 4th grade twenty years ago is more annoying than the shirt issue! 😃
kewb
If they continued to make shirts soft and long lasting you would not buy as many shirts. Worse, you might hand those shirts down for someone else to use. Where is the profit in that?

It's a boys size medium. I was a tiny thing, too, and had no business playing basketball, lol. Still don't! My mom cracked up laughing when she saw me this morning and apologized for me inheriting my height from my father (he's 5'2"-ish).
KungFuPanda
I was in the Army over twenty years ago. I sleep in my old army pt shirts 2-3 nights a week. (I stole dh's shirts too because they're bigger.)They're still going strong. I'm a little amazed by this.
Ravin
You make me want to go try on my flight suit from Space Camp, except I know it wouldn't fit. I'm not much taller than I was then, but not nearly so skinny. Still, it might be worth a try, makes a good Halloween costume!
Julie Smith
I have a pair of blue jeans that belonged to my Mom when she was in highschool. I had patched them with tons of patches and drew cartoon characters all over them.
Annie G
My daughter was in 4th grade 20 years ago. I'm feeling really old now. I'm wearing black yoga pants (circa 2011) and a University of Georgia hoodie (circa 2012).
BarbecueMom
My daughter was in 4th grade 20 years ago. I'm feeling really old now. That's what my mom said. She remembers sitting at my games, feeding my toddler brother mini-marshmallows to keep him occupied and quiet. He's 22 now, but we still shove food in his mouth to keep him occupied and quiet. ;-)
