KatieJ Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 2nd of our 3 grandchildren due this year is here today! On her due date. We were not expecting that as DD has gone way over with her boys. It was the first home birth for any of us. DD had a midwife in attendance, at her first two births, but they were in hospitals, and she was less than thrilled with the care she received. She heard about a mid wife here, and signed her up first time she met her. 4.5 hours of labor, home birth, everyone is doing well. Except me. I was not ready for the two boys at 7am this morning! I stayed up late finishing up some burp cloths, no food in the house....and I was going to clean and do laundry today! Her name is Alana Faith.
