JeneralMom
Sigh. I was cleaning out the van to install the new baby seat and found a bag filled with all of my Xmas cards. I would have sworn on my life I mailed them but preggo brain obviously was at work. Do I just ignore them, or do I mail them with a "mea culpa" explanation? Everyone was so looking forward to getting Aussie Xmas cards and I feel bad about it.
Dandelion
I would still mail them. I'm sure people will still appreciate getting them. If it were me, I'd probably send out a quick email to those for whom I have an email address just to let them know what happened and that the letter was on its way. Sorry this happened - I'd be frustrated too. :grouphug:

You'd be early, that way!
Unicorn.
Mail them! Blame it on the post- everyone knows mail gets lost/takes forever.
Incognito
Mail them! I am still thinking about sending some out. I'm thinking May day cards... ;)
Melissa in Australia
Mail them. they probably have no idea how long it takes for a letter to get from Australia to America anyway.
readwithem
I agree with everybody else - mail them! You'll get special attention since they won't be bunched up with the Christmas rush ;) I'm curious what kind of Aussie Christmas cards you found! When we lived in Melbourne all we could find were northern hemisphere ones (i.e. ones with snow ;))
dirty ethel rackham
Mail them. Several times, I have sent out New Years greetings (on my Christmas cards). One year, when I was particularly overwhelmed with a young one, I sent out Valentine cards. I usually sent a letter with them joking about my timeliness, or lack thereof! vonfirmath
you went to all that trouble to address, etc. Mail them. Don't bother apologizing. it is what it is.
QuirkyKapers
I'm with everyone that said mail them. I would think the post office messed up. I certainly wouldn't be upset at receiving a Christmas card after the fact!
catz
I'd just throw them in the mail and not give it another thought.

Kareni
I'd also mail them. Your card will now certainly stand out from the crowd. Regards, Kareni
