Dmmetler
Apparently "Allison" will live in Florida, have a pet corn snake, rescue an injured Iguana, and campaign for animal rights and against fur and skin products :) Hey, given that I'm kind of in a "Sure...go do something!" mood with school right now, I'm willing to consider this an English assignment! happypamama
I'd count that as an English assignment for sure! After all, isn't one of SWB's goals in WWE to get them so they can get their thoughts from their heads to the paper? I would think that's along the same lines. I think she did a great job, and what a great idea!
Rebecca VA
Excellent! You know, even if AG doesn't have the foresight to use your daughter's idea, you can create your own "Allison" with an American Girl Today doll and some toy reptiles. You could use fabric paint to create her activist t-shirt. Think of it as a prototype.

Dmmetler
I don't know if she'd go for that or not-her frustration is that she doesn't see HERSELF reflected much in the stories they come up with, and while she accepts that historically, she gets very frustrated with the DOTY missing the mark every year.
