ktgrok
I have the giant package of chicken legs thawing. What can I do to make that dinner?
TXMomof4
I made chicken noodle soup just yesterday with a big package of chicken legs! I'm considering barbecued chicken legs for dinner tomorrow. I don't like them, but the kids love them and they're so much cheaper than chicken breasts.

Onceuponatime
Five spice chicken is good for thighs and/or legs. I usually skin the chicken for this recipe. In a bowl mix 1/3 cup soysauce, a couple tablespoons oil, a couple tablespoons minced onion, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp garlic powder. If you want, you can add a Tablespoon brown sugar for teryaki like sweetness. Pour mixture over chicken pieces and refrigerate. When you are ready to cook, preheat oven to 375, put chicken pieces in a 9x13 baking dish, pour marinade over top. Bake for 45 min till done. Turn chicken pieces a couple of times during cooking so that all sides get cooked in marinade. Serve with rice.

Tutor
Oven fried chicken! I made this recipe Saturday for a picnic Sunday, and al my kids loved it. I used 15 chicken drumsticks instead of the 8 boneless pieces, 2 whole eggs instead of just whites, and 1c of homemade baking blend instead of just brown rice flour.
