Kohlrabi?

I like to grate the bulb portion and add to grated carrots and thinly sliced sweet onions, maybe some bell pepper. Then mix with an oil-vinegar dressing. I add a teaspoon or so of agave nectar to the dressing. Maybe salt and pepper.

 

You can eat the leaves, too, like kale.

Tara, shame, shame ;).

 

I know, I'm bad. We dropped out of our CSA because we got mountains worth of kohlrabi, and I could never figure out the attraction. To me it was a lot of work for little reward to get the thing peeled, and then no on liked it anyway. :001_smile:
