Not specific meals perhaps but suggestions on pre-cook, pre-dice, slice shred. is a big help with me. I'll make a batch of stew and freeze it flat so it fits in a small cooler better. I'll pre-cook sausage, ground beef, chicken, pasta and freeze. Food savers are helpful too, those vacuum bags thingy's.
I would have all of meals pretty much done, just need to preheat on site. More time to hike or what ever.
Oh, I do have a yummy recipe for "Rattlesnake Stew". It's jsut called that, it's acutally a bean stew with Polish sausage. PM me if you want it
