One of my best friends from college leads a drama filled life. I see her occasionally and I miss her and it makes me sad. But I just can't deal with it. My family is pretty drama free, but my in-law's....just wow! I had quite an eye opener after DH and I got married. I just didn't know families were really like that.

Try Hanes brand. My tall skinny DD wears them a size smaller than her normal size because they are very long. I can get them at Walmart. But not every Walmart carries them. HTH

I met Michelle at Arkansas Children's Hospital when the Josie was in the NICU. She was very nice.

L I'm waiting for my KA (15 years old) to die too. I have a vitamix and won't be giving it up if/when I get a Bosch. I love, like pink puffy heart, love that thing.

We prefer turkey pot pie to chicken. We look forward to having leftover turkey for it. The stronger taste of turkey is very good with a creamy sauce and veggies.

Tommorrow is #4 for us. Last Saturday was dad's extended family, Tuesday was DH 's family, yesterday was my extended family, and tomorrow is with my brother at my dad's because he missed last Saturday. Bleck. Do I win for most calories consumed in a week?

My DD5 ate a bag in two days! I put the box I bought yesterday where she can't see it so there would be some for DH's lunch this week. Mean mommy.

Posted too soon! Anyway, I can't compare it to FIAR, as I haven't used it. But I did enjoy MP's enrichment for K.

I used MP's whole curriculum for K last year. I really liked the enrichment guide. It's very good. I loved the literature selections, but I did have trouble finding some of the books at my library ( our library isn't that great though). But finding a substitute wasn't too difficult. I really like how the theme was Carried out over the course of the week. I think the art cards are worth it. I displayed ours on the frig

Adding some beef bouillon granules to ground meat will take most of the gamey taste out. We like sausage ground with pork the most. And the back strap is THE BEST tenderized and fried!

My DS6 has asked for a globe and his own copy of The Magic Schoolbus DVD about the body. The one from the library is scratched. He is also getting the Playmobil fire station, new boots, and a pirate costume. And books of course.

I love both names. And I think they go great together. Lila was a top contender for my DD's name. I don't know any other Lila's.
