    For K we are focusing on Reading (OPGTR/ETC). We will also (slowly at her own pace) use: Bible (Rod & Staff) Rightstart Math A (My 4 yr old already LOVES this!!) Elemental Science HWT K Songschool Latin (CD only) Artistic Pursuits K-3 Wordly Wise 3000 K No grammar or Spelling at this point

    You probably wouldn't be able to find alot of the books. I would go to the Sonlight website and look a the books listed for the core and then go to your library website and find out which titles they do have.

    I have purchased this and it looks great!! I am just not sure it will work for Kindergarten. If you are using it, would you tell me if you are using it in its full capacity, or are you using bits and pieces? Thank you!

    I have just made final decisions and ordered. yay!!! This is what we will be doing for K: OPGTR/ETC HWT K Rightstart Math A Elemental Science- Intro to science Artistic Pursuits K-3 Song School Latin - very, very slowly Lots and lots of books/with lapbooks from homeschool share For History I am just using What your K'er need to know and adding some books.

    My dd is 4.5. She is in public Pre-k and she is very verbal. Do the words get anymore challenging than the first 10? Do you happen to know appr. how many words are introduced in K?

    I found the teacher resource pack at RR for $57. That is still super expensive.

    Looking on the website, the teachers resource package is necessary for use with the student book. Is this curriculum really worth $75 just for vocab?? I use WW with my oldest dd, but the student book and answer key are about $15. I really like WW, but $75????:glare:
