I think that she was referring to this particular article. One does state "I guess I am going to get stuck staying home" this is sad. Of course there are single parents that need this kind of help, but for parents to be fighting over who's going to get stuck staying home with the sick kid, it's sad!! I do feel extremely blessed! We struggle alot, but I know that when my kids are grown and gone, I will have all of these wonderful memories!

Could you help me? I want to start using natural cleaning products, but I do not have any recipes for them. I am never sure how much vinegar or baking soda to use. Another question I have is, how long do these concoctions last? Is there a shelf life max for these? I would love to hear what you use for laundry, floors, etc..... Thanks so much!! Kristen:)

My dd 14, eighth grade is using CLE 700 L/A and CLE 800 Math. At the beginning of the school year, I would sit and go over the lessons with her, but I quickly realized that she could do this independantly and she preferred it that way. If she has questions, which is not very often, she will come to me. We LOVE CLE!!! If you do need to sit with your child, you will find that the teacher's guides are very user friendly. It is a rigorous and very thorough program. I think that you will love it!!!:001_smile: CLE cheerleader here!!!!!:hurray:

How did it work for you? Did your dc usnderstand the concepts? Did he/she enjoyit? The website suggests 1st grade, but I have noticed that several people were using it for K. I would like to hear your thoughts. BTW, I do not know how to edit the titles. *Did you use RSO Life Science for K?

Yes, the regular site is still free. They have added new stuff. It looks great. There are samples, but then you have to pay $35 to become a member to use the full program. I was wondering if anyone has done this?

It seems reasonable, but I am not sure that there is that much content to it.

You know that I am right here where you are. I am petrified of them!!! The problem is that they just come in through the door during the summer. So, you can spray every month (which we do also) but, they get in when the kids open the door. I have never really had a problem with those. Maybe once or twice a year one will get in. Our problem is spiders!!!! I HATE them!!!! We don't get bunches of them, but at least once a week in the summer we will have one in the house. :glare: To answer your question though, NO, I would not be able to sleep!! My husband on the other hand is like yours, he would not be bothered at all. :tongue_smilie:I will also make him get up and find it which usually makes for an unhapppy guy, but he knows that he will NOT get to sleep if he doesn't!! :001_smile:

book on your Kindle app for iphone? I keep going back and forth. I am afraid that I am going to want to have the actual book right in my hand with tons of bookmarked pages. Do you have this downloaded onto your iphone?? Do you regret buying it as a download? It is much cheaper to do it this way, but I'm not sure it is worth it.

I am up at 5 every morning. My secret is coffee immediately!!!! I make my husbands lunch and then I get to chit chat with him for a few minutes. I love getting up early because I get sooo much done when nobody else is up. I do not like to clean at night at all. To be honest the thing that wakes me up the most is taking a shower and getting ready first thing. I never get to bed before 10:30 - 11:00. I usually wake up before the alarm. I have been getting up at 5 for 17 years so my body is just accustomed to it. So, coffee and shower, thats my advice. :) HTH, Kristen

Oh that really stinks!! I have never had a bad experience buying here, but I would be hesitant to do it again, if did! I hate that people do this and ruin it for everyone else!

I never have and cannot image anything that important. However, I would do it if it were extremely important to one of my children.
