It's a weekly thing, lol, I just really enjoy it! We used to get twice weekly, now it's down to one day, so I really appreciate it.

The people in our subdivision come early. A handful live on a dangerous, curvy road that is right outside our subdivision. About half a dozen of the homes have been converted to duplexes. We consider them a part of the neighborhood. Well, some of us. We get some that have trailers and follow their kids in their cars/vans. That annoys me, it makes it dangerous for the kids walking. I don't mind other kids coming in, I'm happy to have them be in a safer environment. I just wish the parents wouldn't follow in cars. Our streets are very narrow and cars aren't supposed to be parked on the street. I know some people give out different candy depending on if the kids "belong" here, but I've been dirt poor, if you knock on my door you're getting the good candy, cause I'm not eating crap candy when I pass out treats lol. And we'll happily give out to teens. Again, it's safer for everyone.

I take it ...my parents had all kinds of problems, diabetes, massive heart attack, High cholesterol, glaucoma..the list goes on. Untreated high blood pressure is the reason my mom's kidneys went bad...if she had just taken a cholesterol rx, she would've been "ok" when first prescribed the Dr tells me. It has not interfered with weight loss for me, I watch my diet and walk/jog at least every other day. It took awhile to find one that didn't give me crappy side effects, i.e. the horrible cough Please don't quote

When I was allowed to wear makeup by my mom(my dad would still say no lol) she took me to Merle Norman for a private lesson and then bought everything. I also remember getting my nails done, but not until I was in highschool. My mom always got her nails done.

Nope. Never. Cleaning was not my mom's forte after my parents divorced. Not that she ever cleaned during the marriage much. My stepmom would clean before the maid came. The first time I swept, I was 22 years old and working as a receptionist in a hair salon and I got the job because I said I didn't mind sweeping lol. My boss had to teach me. I figured it out myself and googled a ton. Before the pandemic, I was going to open my own cleaning service. Had the supplies, business cards, etc.

The ones at home are 17 and 24, lol. They keep their doors closed so the cat doesn't bother them. When they are sick, definitely.

Well, we went for a walk. Played with rocks. And a moo cow on top of the rocks 😂 then we blew bubbles, got into gma's yoga balls, played the piano, but she kept turning it up so we stopped because gpa is napping. Then we played with her Disney princess magnets on the fridge. Is it bedtime yet? Lol I'm beat

I got my quiz done while my dear granddaughter was napping. Then I started to clean the bathroom and she woke up which was fine cuz it was time for her to wake up. Now DH is napping. He and youngest one out and got pizza. Thanks for the prayers @mom31257
