    Yes. Guys from high school and guys that I danced with. (I was a competitive dancer) Dh knows that I am and has access to my FB if he would like. :)

    You can do it every day, but you don't have to. So for example: 1) SOTW chap 1 2) SOTW ch1 activity 3) Watch film about Adam and Eve 4) SOTW ch 2 It might take you 4 days to get through the list. It may take you 2 weeks. But you have a plan of action, even if you do not want to be tied down to deadlines. :) Make sense? You can create a list like this for each subject.

    I have been wondering about this lately as well. I kind of do not understand spiraling exactly.

    Last night all of mine slept 11 hours (except baby was about 9) None of them nap except baby. So that seems to be in the "normal" range. Thank you for your input. I always feel like the kids at our dance academy who go to school outside the home sleep so much less. Started making me wonder if we were just kinda lazy. :001_huh: :tongue_smilie:
