Beautiful dogs, but if I'm not wrong... only if you are seriously going to train... train... train... and exercise a ton!! At our training class.... it was one of the meanest dogs.... UGH!! It was after more than one of the other dogs.... I think you would surely need to start training early... Course... all dogs need trained.... As far as a family dog..... I'm not sure it'd be my first choice... Beautiful dogs... :)

I have to say, I've been looking around the last couple of weeks, after noticing a pit bull that someone was walking... was so not.... neutered. I've seen maybe 6 pitbulls in the last 2 weeks.... and not one of them was neutered. If an animal came into my house and grabbed my cat... sorry.... but I'd want/try to kill it.... I don't care if it was a jack russell or a pit... or a dear ole lab.... I do believe that every pet owner should have some training for how to control their pet.... and while I'm not popular around here probably with my "no pits"... I think that if they are going to be allowed.... they should be neutered (takes away part of fun of prancing them around???) and they should be walked on a leash... by an adult... and hopefully some sort of muzzle would be an extra precaution... :D

GoodWill has them sometimes.... nice strollers like McClaren for like.... $20. :)

Yup my kids had their first without pain management. said the shot was more painful than the pain of drilling... she did fine... :)

Hey There! Here's a bump... Do you KNOW that there aren't schools there? Or... you're just thinking that?? Is part time enrollment an option wherever you're moving? (in public or private) My daughter will be homeschooled, doing CC, and also doing band & maybe one or two other electives this coming year... Hugs... I know it's hard!! :)

I had my son "pay" for his new Thomas Train with his "paci". After the wknd he was ok :) It was me... that was SOOOOO sad each time I saw an "old" paci that I had to hide... :)

12 for foundation and "bronzer". More every year... (one extra a year) Course, she's sneaked into make-up for a while. Big sisters... and mandatory make-up at ballet since 4 has helped with her wanting it. No big deal unless she looks like she's looking for a street job! :)

Ours has a new "quick" method of just doing the one pot thing. BUT, I really think they are best boiled, then pan fried with plenty of oil. Yum!! I set mine on rice and then use the dipping sauce... and also pour a bit of the dipping sauce over the rice. :) Course I know a lady who makes her own... but I haven't tried that yet! :)

Which is why.. love CC (Classical Conversations) or not... Leigh Bortins... started her "kitchen table" discussions with teens... so her boys could have students to learn and grow with. I'd like to think that if we weren't doing CC, that I'd start something, too. :)

Carry on Mr. Bowditch, if she has children at least 5th-8th grade. With a grammar book and a bible in the language you're learning.... you can learn most any language. Hard work and dedication... makes it work! :)
