  1. I've been Keto/Carnivore for 6 years and what helped me the most was adding fat. It makes you feel full and gives you the power to pass those pesky sugars and carb on by.

  3. We live in the Panhandle of WV and after 22 military moves...we love it! All seasons and quick to DC and Dulles.
  4. My absolute favorite jean is Democracy jeans. I've lost 105 lbs and I've gone through a lot of clothing on the journey. These jeans are trendy, comfortable, keep their shape and wash up well.
  5. I'm keto and just ordered Ketochow. You can mix with some butter or heavy whipping cream which would keep him full and protein comes in a 26 go 29 grams of protein per drink and max cals around 530 per serving. No sugar would benefit him in quick healing.

    Our son and his girlfriend live in Clarksville, TN and so thankful they are safe. Praying for everyone in those areas!
  7. Nothing more than to hug all my sweet kids, grand babies and a great job for our soon to be graduating college son and a great job for our son-in-law.
  8. This is just devastating to see. We traveled in those areas and are just heartbroken for them!
  9. My hobbies are cross-stitching, reading, sewing, knitting and crocheting---trying to learn on YouTube. I've always been interested in drawing and painting and took them up with instructions from YouTube. I'm not very good..but it's fun to be creative. I say try a bunch of different things out...you'll never know what you will enjoy until you try.
  10. Holy heck...I can't even imagine! We don't even visit our grandchildren without asking when is it a good time for us to visit. I can't imagine inviting myself into their home for months or their vacations. I suggest strong boundaries and using the word NO loudly and clearly.
  11. We do grilled steaks, shrimp and salad after pool days.
  12. Blackened Mahi Mahi, keto coleslaw and broccoli with lemon butter.
  13. I wash all sheets and towels in 2 cups of vinegar and detergent. Never any odors afterward.
  14. I vacuum the floors really well once a week and then go over them with a Bona mop--which kinda looks like a big swiffer. Works well and our floors look shiny and clean.
  15. I drink Ultima electrolyte replenisher daily and it helps tremendously. I do keto and when my salts get out of whack I get bad cramps. I also drink pickle juice and that's a quick remedy. Hope you find something quickly that works for you!
