I have been intermittent fasting for two months now. I read The Obesity Code, and another book called Delay, Don't Deny by Gin Stephens. I am also in her facebook group. I mostly fast 20 hours per day and eat during a 4 hour window, but I was already not a breakfast eater, nor did I snack at night, so it wasn't too hard for me. I am loving this and believe I can do this forever. I am an all or nothing, rule keeping kind of person, and this just works for me so much better than "moderation." When my window is open, I eat. When it is closed, I don't. I eat whatever I want when I do eat, but fast completely clean with nothing but water, sparkling water, and black tea or coffee. I have lost several pounds and my sugar cravings have subsided, even though I don't cut it out. I love it!
