unsinkable
It is sad. Hits close to home, too, especially when my dd who has epilepsy tells me about his death.

Quiver0f10
It is sad. Hits close to home, too, especially when my dd who has epilepsy tells me about his death. Yeah, one of my Dds was reading the news on yahoo and comes in the room to loudly tell me about it as my 9 yo, who has seizures, is sitting at the table coloring. :glare: He didn't seem bothered by it, but the news was upsetting to me. I feel for the family.
LaxMom
I can't imagine their pain. It's probably even worse that they will end up mourning in a spotlight. So sad.

Laura K (NC)
and scientologists' reluctance to use doctors. It would be even more of a travesty if Travolta's son was not receiving medical intervention for epilepsy, when it can frequently be completely managed. Audrey
What a nightmare. It would be really nice if they were let to grieve without papparazzi bombarding them, but somehow I doubt they'll get that.
Aggie
Very tragic. I read their son was dx with Kawasaki's. Our dd was, too, so we'd read about some of the work they had done in connection with that. Did he have epilepsy, too? ETA: That article mentions the Kawasaki's dx also.
