gardenmom5
She has been exposed. She has an autoimmune illness so she can't be vax'd without it risking her life. (Not going into specifics, but it is advised against by her "'recommends patients be vax'd" Dr and very serious.) Her name is Leslie. I assume both were masked given their location - which requires masks (not a guarantee of prevention) - but they were sitting next to each other for at least an hour. She will be able to test on Wednesday. 1
Innisfree
Holding her in my thoughts. I hope she gets reassurance after testing tomorrow!
TCB
Some places are giving the monoclonal antibody treatment to people with high risk exposure, before they even test positive, and sometimes even giving it regularly to high risk people who can’t be vaccinated. Maybe she could check and see if that’s possible. 7

Toocrazy!!
She should get in touch with her dr now about the possibility of the antibodies. In some places it takes a few days to set up, and the earlier she gets them the better they work. I know someone who was unable to be vaxxed for similar reasons, and she did get the antibodies. But all of it still set her system off. She is good now, but it took a long while. Hope the masking worked and she is negative!

She can be tested tomorrow, with results friday. She's been exposed before, so hopefully this time will be fine too.
