mommyoffive
Can you use the Dawn and Vinegar and mix in the toilet bowl? I have never used it in there, only the in the shower and tub. Can you not use that much Dawn in the toilet bowl?
Sherry in OH
They all lead to the same sewer line. While I have not used Dawn in the toilet, I have used liquid hand soap. The bubbles flush away.
Pawz4me
I don't use the Dawn/vinegar mix because I have an allergic type reaction to vinegar fumes. But I often use a drop or two of Dawn to scrub toilets. I started doing that in our RV, where space is an issue and it's great to get multiple uses out of one product. It worked well, so I started doing it at home sometimes. I don't see any reason you couldn't use the mix.

Says the person who cleaned up the completely blue dish rag and over bubbled kitchen sink after the 10yo did dishes last night... 1

Unless someone in the house has had a GI bug, in which case I used a splash of bleach.
kbutton
I scrub mine with dish soap, but start with small amounts to avoid too many bubbles. Most soap is less bubbly than it used to be as surfactants are not used (or less common? definitely more regulated).
Katy
Just be careful to rinse carefully before or after using a bleach based cleaner. Dawn has a small amount of ammonia in it.
