Jenny in Florida Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 I made only 2.5K this morning and skipped arm/leg exercises. I had the second Moderna dose yesterday and woke up this morning feeling tired and sore and queasy and just gross. I checked in with my boss to let her know I'd be logging in late, then went back to sleep for a while. When I woke up, I decided to try and forge ahead with the usual routine, but I was still feeling somewhat yucky. ktgrok Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 Walked back and forth at the big dog park a lot this morning, and this evening did the higher level 90 minute DDPY class. Tons of balance stuff that I'm terrible at, but still a great workout. 5 Quote
KathyBC Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 Dh took me on a hike today, crossed the river in the canoe, then up a steep deer trail. My daily dog walks on the steep trails behind our house were at least somewhat helpful, lol. Beautiful day in an old burn, saw meadowlarks, geese, flicker, eagle, 6 deer. Coming down whatever he said it was - 60 or 70% grade - was challenging, but satisfying for this 50 year old. We used to do this as newlyweds, neat to start up again as empty nesters. 4 1 Quote
