I did nearly an hour of a more advanced DDPY workout - the Diamond Cutter. I'd built up a fear of even trying it, but I did it! Some modifications - I always do pushups on my knees for instance - but I did it! Then did some foam rolling, took a hot bath, and went to bed!

Oh, and I had in my head that this workout was scheduled for the last week of the 13 week beginner program. I haven't been following the schedule, but did want to be sure I did all the workouts. So made myself do this one today. Um..yeah....it isn't scheduled in beginner at all. Or in intermediate. Only in advanced, lol!!!
