MomN
I'm looking for fun resources to help with memorizing things like states/capitals, presidents, countries, etc. My kids are early elementary so I'm looking for something easy and fun. Thanks!
Amccracken
My family loves Seterra online map drills. https://online.seterra.com/en/ It doesn't cover presidents, but does cover the rest.
Ellie
We really enjoyed Kathy Troxel's geography songs. You would want a booklet for each person learning the songs.
2_girls_mommy
For presidents we just used a list. We chanted them, a few at a time, adding the next grouping each week.
Miss Tick
We liked the apps Stack the States and Stack the Countries. Scrambled States of America is a pretty fun game. Yo! Millard Fillmore was our best bet for Presidents.

KrissiK
We just use flash cards and go over them everyday. For the states and capitals we chanted them.

Rachel
If you have Amazon Prime you can find songs online, I created a list of school songs that we use during our morning time. The Classical Conversations President song is available. We like the Macho Nacho song for states and capitals. There are many other options though. Seterra is a good quizzing program online for geography. Edited to add this video, they have a world map video too. drjuliadc
We have used a wooden United States map that has the states and capitals on it. That worked really well for two of the four of my kids. I also like the CC presidents song. We have Troxel’s Videos, not CDs. We also have a presidents placemat and 2 Disney DVDs on the presidents, which covers maybe half of them. We haven’t used the DVDs yet, but the placemats were good when my husband went over them with my two oldest.
rjand6more
We love Geography Songs! Also, for presidents and states/capitals we learned the Animaniacs songs. They are not for everybody, so preview. (They say "butt", call names at times)

I still sing through the songs sometimes to identify a country's location. 🙂
