Elizabeth86
We recently got a grill and dh and I are on a big grilling kick. This is great for this pregnant woman that hates cooking right now. There are tons of bottled marinades out there and tons of recipes. I am looking for something particularly kid friendly. Just a simple healthy basic go to recipe I can make for them if dh and I want something spicy or weird they wouldnt like. They liked garlic and herb a bottled marinade we tried, so something like that or maybe something with lemon might go over ok. Thanks
6packofun
I use this on chicken, pork, and steak: https://www.amazon.com/McCormick-Garlic-Herb-Wine-Marinade/dp/B0057OONN4 (You can use white or red balsamic vinegar; we always go back to this one.) We also use Ken's Steakhouse Lite Asian Sesame with Ginger & Soy dressing: https://www.amazon.com/Kens-Steak-House-Dressing-Sesame/dp/B008AIL8FK

Guest
Italian salad dressing This. And as weird as it sounds, my husband likes to add just a little A-1 steak sauce to it.
Junie
My parents always used Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix. Mix up the dressing according the the directions, marinate the chicken, and grill. It is one of my favorite foods from childhood.
Acadie
I just use lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic and salt. Everyone likes it, and dh and I often shake on some Penzey's Turkish seasoning. So easy! Amy

After the chicken is cooked, you don't taste mustard. Also, balsamic vinegar is good.
Bambam
We make this fairly frequently - but I'm too lazy to do kabobs, so I just put chicken breasts in the marinade. It is better with smaller chicken pieces, but it is easier to cook with chicken breasts sliced in half thick-wise. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/64513/rosemary-ranch-chicken-kabobs/

mykidsrmyjoy
This probably isn't the most healthy but equal parts Italian dressing and soy sauce make the best marinade. Let sit at least overnight.
alisoncooks
We love this: https://thelemonbowl.com/lebanese-chicken-tawook/ Which is basically the lemon, oil, garlic combo that others listed. :p
Acadie
Do you use lemin juice in a bottle or from a fresh lemon? Fresh lemon--I buy bags of lemons at Costco, because our favorite salad dressing and meat marinades all call for lemon. Amy
