lynn Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 It's for part time at a bbq place. Not waitress work just counter and drive through. Jeans and button down and flats? Don't want to look frumpy. I am more of preppy styling than jeans and t-shirt but this place offers benefits, good raises and bonus' and flexible hours and closes at 8, not open Sundays. Help me not overdress for this. Erica in OR Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 I wouldn't wear jeans. Maybe upgrade to khakis or such, along with your button-down (or other nice shirt) and flats. Son got called in for interview Friday at a lab where the employees wear either scrubs etc. or casual dress. He interviewed in Dockers and a tucked in polo shirt and a belt, tan dress shoes we got at Goodwill. Got the job.
