Janna
If not, click here to play. I think it compares Obama and McCain, using their own quotes, nicely and helps you see who you agree with. I was overwhelmingly in agreement with McCain, though there were 3 things I as in agreement with Obama about.
abbeyej
Mine was 5 to 8 (or 8 to 5, lol)... No wonder I'm conflicted! ;)
Lolly
I lined up definitely on one candidate 2-11. It was pretty easy to tell which candidate said what on most of the issues though.
abbeyej
It was pretty easy to tell which candidate said what on most of the issues though. Yeah, I had to work hard *not* to do that. I'm sure I could have lined up on one side or the other if that had been my goal, but I was genuinely curious to see how I would line up *just* analyzing each quote for itself. valkett
I wasn't surprised with my results. :-) Valk
Parrothead
I picked 10 of my candidates statements that I agreed with.
Crissy
Ack! 6-7. That puts me squarely in the undecided camp. :D

Janna
but I was genuinely curious to see how I would line up *just* analyzing each quote for itself. This was my approach as well. And while the quotes are pretty easy to determine who said what, it's not easy for those who haven't been paying attention to the race. I think for those people especially, this quiz would/could be beneficial.
laylamcb
Ack! 6-7. That puts me squarely in the undecided camp. :D This was me, too: Stuck in the middle. How 'bout that Bob Barr?? ;)
hsmamainva
*Whew* I don't have to change my avatar!! :D (I did agree with McCain on two quotes, though!)

Mom to Aly
I agreed with one of McCain's quotes, but I know from others things he's said it isn't really how he stands, everything else was Obama--true to my man :).
Alenee
It was too easy for me. I knew who said what and of course, I disagreed with every.single.thing. Obama said.
Mama Lynx
I was 3-10, which is funny. I actually thought I had chosen the other candidate more times than three. I had begun to wonder if I was going to have to reevaluate! Very interesting! (But yes, the one I scored the 10 on is the one I am planning to vote for.) And at least once, I agreed with both statements :D
Dayle in Guatemala
I was 10-3! I was surprised at the 3 quotes I agreed with and who they were attributed to because I really thought I agreed with the other more on immigration and taxes. Who knew!:001_huh:
ma23peas
McCain McCain AGAIN and AGAIN!! :) Agreed with the other side on 2 accounts..McCain is a man of his word and his convictions....he's earned that reputation after 45 years working to make change...he's MY MAN and Palin is a breath of fresh air and fresh thinking that DC NEEDS...
