foxbridgeacademy
DD bought her, sort of, cousin make up brushes and a scarf. DD is getting a Ravenclaw scarf, sleep pants, gloves and a hat all under $20 (each). Gift cards are good too.
dancingmama
I just had to purchase a $15 gift for my daughter's dance buddy. We went with lotion from bath and body works. Other things that went over well at the gift exchange were Starbucks refillable mug, fuzzy socks, a fun hat, other random accessories. do you know anything about this child? Maybe an Old Navy hoodie?
Tap
I would go to Target and buy: 1. a bag of chocolate. Lindt would be my go to, but M&Ms will do. 2. a vanilla scented lotion (vanilla seems to be fairly common in the teen category) if not this, then there is often a little travel size body spray that is Cucumber scented that is decent that we buy there. 3. an holiday EOS lip balm or flavored Burts Bees 4. a pair of fun socks 5. if you have money left, then a $5 Starbucks gift card. A little bit of everything and surely something she will like will be in there. This combination is our go to for random gift exchanges for girls.

Peaceful Isle
hmmm, maybe a gift card, or a fun tshirt, or earrings? Is she into a book series? You could buy her the first two books?
Mommy22alyns
Rebecca will be 13 in March. What about a small baking kit or cupcake decorating kit? We also bought her some cute spatulas and cupcake liners. She just did a gym holiday party - fuzzy blankets/socks and Starbucks gift cards always go fast.
