Luanne
I'm wanting to get new bedding for my bed. I sleep in a twin bed because the mobile home we live in has small bedrooms. I want something nice, but not too expensive. I'd ideally like frilly and feminine.
TammyS
Tons of stores carry bedding. Just look around until you find something you like. Marshalls, Ross, Big Lots, all those discount places can be good places to look. Also higher end stores, if you want something nicer. Consider getting sheets separate from your bed spread. Spend more money on sheets, since that's what you'll be in contact with, and less on the bedspread, which is really just for looks.
tshirtyogapantmama
Ikea has some feminine sets. Target has shabby chic, it goes on sale every now and then, it's very feminine.

BlsdMama
Costco. Okay, it's not frilly, but the sheets are absolutely silky smooth. :)
1GirlTwinBoys
I'd suggest Target, Ikea, or HomeGoods

helena
We love these sheets from Garnet Hill. And they're on sale! http://www.garnethill.com/fiesta-solid-percale-bedding/bedding-bath/sheets/117600 Not frilly though... Years ago I bought the shabby chic bedding at Target and they lasted forever. They're feminine and $30 a set: http://www.target.com/p/simply-shabby-chic-sheet-set/-/A-14872935#prodSlot=medium_1_8 hth :)
