swellmomma Posted June 11, 2014 Share Posted June 11, 2014 Tonight was Cadet Annual Review which is their awards night in addition to the big inspection etc. DD14 was awarded Top Shot this year! Before xmas she was complaining she would never meet her goal in shooting(to earn her cross rifles), claiming her eyes were blurry. I took her for an eye exam, eyes were fine. Basically she was trying too hard. Told her to relax and have fun. In the end she made shooting team, earned her cross crowns (highest shooting rank) and now the Top Shot of the whole corps.
